According this article http://www.businessinsider.com/el-monstruo-2011-the-latest-weapon-cartels-are-using-to-fight-mexicos-drug-wars-2011-5, by business Insider, Mexican cartels have made it to pre-WW-II levels of technology (which isn't terrible considering the capital of the cartels relative to WW-II governments) and have created some seriously beastly looking steel-armored vehicles, take a look, it's pretty incredible.
The logical next step of course is now actual tanks, aircraft, bunker-busters, napalm, and nuclear dirty-bombs.

Waffles and Momar Gadafi
Hey gang,
So I was talking to Sharon about what's going on the Middle East during breakfast today and she was like "Gadafis getting what he deserves - make sure you get to work on time - don't forget to pick my sister up at the airport this afternoon- Stan's feeling sick I think he's staying home today.." and all that. God. It's like she's not even listening. Bitch. Well,, gotta go now, she just saw what I wrote and is yelling at me. Still yelling. Off to work now.
